Welcome to the BIN GROUP Platform. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our mobile applications, web portals, and property management services.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the BIN GROUP Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must immediately cease all use of our services.
2. Scope of Services
BIN GROUP provides a "No-Call" ecosystem for property maintenance, financial management, and operational tracking. Our services are tailored for Property Owners, Tenants, Technicians, and Administrators within the United Arab Emirates.
3. User Accounts
Accuracy: You must provide true and accurate information during registration (KYC).
Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials.
Unauthorized Use: You must notify us immediately of any security breaches.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
4. Payments, Fees, and Invoicing
Subscriptions: Managed fees (e.g., 5-5.5%) are automatically deducted from rent collections.
Maintenance: Invoices for reactive repairs are generated based on verified technician photos and markup logic.
Failed Payments: We enforce a "Two-Strike Rule"—failure to settle two consecutive invoices will result in automatic account suspension and service restrictions.
5. User Content & Intellectual Property
License: By uploading photos/videos (e.g., "Visual Gate"), you grant BIN GROUP a non-exclusive license to use that content to provide and improve our maintenance services.
Ownership: All platform design, code, and proprietary algorithms (e.g., "BIN Score") remain the property of BIN GROUP.
6. Prohibited Activities
You agree not to:
Circumvent "Morning Gate" or "Visual Gate" security protocols.
Use the Platform for fraudulent or illegal activity in the UAE.
Reverse-engineer or attempt to access "Administrative" features.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by UAE law, BIN GROUP shall not be liable for:
Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Unauthorized access resulting from user negligence.
Delays in technician arrival due to external factors (traffic, force majeure).
8. Termination
You may terminate your account at any time. BIN GROUP may terminate your access immediately for material breaches of these Terms, including financial non-compliance.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
